Service calls are different. Diagnosing a repair takes a trained technician's time and testing, so repair visits carry a diagnostic fee — and we would rather you know the number before you call than be surprised by it afterwards.

Estimates for new HVAC systems and replacements are always free. Repair service calls carry a diagnostic fee of $99, reduced to $75 for units enrolled in the B-Cool Comfort Club. The fee covers the professional diagnosis needed to identify the problem accurately and recommend the right repair.
For repairs, we can often explain our diagnostic process, but replacement estimates require an in-home evaluation to ensure we're recommending the right equipment.
